Third-party platforms may be used for video conferencing, learning, payments, communication or community functions and may be subject to their own terms.
7. Fees, Taxes and Payments
Programme fees, payment schedules, taxes and instalment terms will be communicated at the time of enrolment. Access may be withheld or suspended for failed, overdue, reversed or incomplete payments. 8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, participant cancellations, deferrals, transfers, duplicate payments and programme cancellation are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on www.aobmaverick.com. Making a payment constitutes acceptance of that Policy in addition to these Terms.

- You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use programme materials for your own learning.
- You may not copy, resell, sublicense, publish, upload, distribute, teach from, commercially exploit, reverse engineer or create unauthorised derivative products from AOB Maverick materials.

12. Certificates and Completion
Where a programme includes a certificate, issue of the certificate may depend on stated attendance, participation, assessment, assignment or payment requirements. A certificate confirms participation or completion as described by AOB Maverick and does not represent a university degree, statutory qualification, employment licence or professional accreditation unless expressly stated.
13. No Guarantee of Outcome
Training and mentoring can improve knowledge and capability but cannot guarantee a particular result. AOB India does not guarantee employment, promotion, income, entrepreneurship success, funding, investment, sales, revenue, profitability, customers, business formation, market performance or any other specific outcome. Any case study, faculty experience, participant story, projection or example is illustrative and should not be treated as a promise of identical results.
14. Information and Professional Advice Disclaimer
Programme content is provided for educational and informational purposes. It is not a substitute for personalised legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical or other regulated professional advice. Participants should obtain independent professional advice before making decisions requiring such expertise.
15. Third-Party Content and Services
We may refer to third-party tools, books, software, websites, platforms, service providers or external opportunities. Such references do not amount to a guarantee or responsibility for the independent acts, products, availability, security or policies of those third parties.
16. Suspension or Removal
AOB India may suspend or terminate a participant's access for non-payment, credential sharing, piracy, misconduct, harassment, unlawful activity, material breach of these Terms, misuse of community data or conduct that materially disrupts the programme. Where access is terminated for a material breach by the participant, no refund will ordinarily be due, subject to applicable law.
17. Website Availability and Security
We aim to keep the website and digital services reasonably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, internet outages, third-party failures, security incidents or technical issues may temporarily affect access.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AOB India will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, anticipated profit, business interruption or loss arising from decisions made solely on the basis of programme content. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, AOB India's aggregate liability arising from the relevant paid programme will, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount actually paid by the participant to AOB India for that programme giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website or programme, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorised distribution of protected course material, or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
20. Force Majeure
AOB India will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, war, civil disturbance, epidemic/pandemic events, internet or utility failure, platform outages, labour disruption or unavoidable faculty emergencies. The Company may use reasonable alternative arrangements, rescheduling or substitute delivery.
21. Electronic Communications
You consent to receive operational communications relating to your enquiry or programme through email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp or other contact details provided by you. Marketing communications may be opted out of without affecting essential programme communications.
22. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with the AOB Maverick Privacy Policy available on www.aobmaverick.com. By using our services, you acknowledge the data practices described in that Policy.

Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting an already-purchased programme will be applied reasonably and subject to applicable law.
24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory legal rights or forums that cannot be excluded, disputes arising from these Terms, the website or AOB Maverick programmes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
